Helpful Neighbors by Robert Lyons

Event
Information

TICKETS ON SALE SOON

Robert Lyons shaped downtown New York's experimental theater scene for over three decades, serving as artistic director of the Ohio Theatre in Soho and later founding the New Ohio Theatre in Greenwich Village. A Detroit native who arrived in New York in 1987, he produced groundbreaking work while living above the Ohio Theatre with his wife, playwright Lenora Champagne, and daughter Amelie. After closing the New Ohio in 2023, Lyons shifted his focus to Pine Plains, where he's lived part-time for 20 years, collaborating on Hudson Valley projects at Stissing Center while his work reaches international stages.
