Rachael Kilgour is a Minnesota-born, Boston-based singer-songwriter whose music blends thoughtful storytelling with inviting indie-folk melodies. Her work has earned wide recognition, including top honors at the NewSong Music Competition and the Kerrville New Folk Contest, as well as a 2025 McKnight Music Fellowship. Kilgour has shared her songs on renowned stages such as Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, and the Sundance Film Festival. Critics praise her for “unapologetic lyrics” and finely crafted songwriting that balances vulnerability with strength.
