Event
Information
Tangent Theatre Company returns to The Stissing Center with a contemporary, emotionally complex play reading: the award-winning BETRAYAL by Harold Pinter. Featuring a select ensemble of actors, the story follows a triangle of love and deceit, as it unravels in an innovative, unexpected way. This grabber will be presented in the intimate Cellar space and will include Jeffrey Doornbos*, Maggie Adams McDowell* and Tangent's artistic director, Michael Rhodes* (*member AEA).
Now in their 25th year, Tangent has been presenting main-stage shows and play readings in Tivoli - and beyond - for the past 16 years. Tangent was founded in New York City in 2000, by Andrea & Michael Rhodes and the late Keith Teller. In addition to popping up in the region with their popular readings, two of their favorites, Dinner with Friends by Donald Margulies and The Seafarer by Conor McPherson, recently enjoyed full-houses in our main auditorium space.
Tickets: this is a FREE reading; reservations can be made by emailing Tangent directly. Simply include your name and the number in your party, and you will receive an email confirmation back: info@tangent-arts.org | tangent-arts.org
