Join us at The Grace Note on Juneteenth for an extraordinary evening with Gail Ann Dorsey—an iconic multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and songwriter whose career spans more than three decades. Widely celebrated for her long collaboration with David Bowie, including their unforgettable duet on “Under Pressure,” Dorsey served as Bowie’s bassist and vocalist from 1995 to 2004 and contributed to multiple landmark albums. She has also toured and recorded with artists ranging from Lenny Kravitz and Joan Osborne to Tears for Fears and The National. This performance offers a rare opportunity to experience Dorsey in an intimate setting, where her captivating voice, acoustic guitar, and deeply personal songs take center stage. On Juneteenth, her presence feels especially meaningful—an evening of reflection, artistry, and connection led by one of music’s most distinctive voices.
